We had an amazing meal and service was fantastic. They stuffed up one of the meals but quickly fixed it within minutes so all was good in the world. I didn’t get the best pictures but we have the pasta, steak sandwich and everything was just lovely. The sauce of the steak sandwich was amazing!!!

Been here multiple times now. Food is always great, staff are always friendly. Place is dog friendly and the people are always so nice. I had the B.L.A.T Veggie with a banana milkshake. My partner had the eggs on toast with a hash brown and a coffee milkshake. We both enjoyed our meals.

First time there for me, coffee was excellent, staff were fantastic, the choice of food looked excellent, the only negative for me was the noise level in a rather small space which was to be expected in such a popular venue, also the cleanliness of the toilet was very disappointing.

My wife and I had Breakfast there and sat in front of the electric/gas fire on a freezing Ballarat Sunday Morning. The food was great, the service was swift and calm and the ambience was perfect so we also had Pancakes as seconds.

What a wonderful location! Right across from the lake and beautiful building. Lots of inside and outdoor tables. The staff were friendly and were doing their best but were overwhelmed by the amount of people. They forgot one of our orders but made it up with a refund. Maybe because there was a concert the night before or just the fine weather.

Great coffee and food however the young front of house staff are often talking very loudly about their personal lives, swearing, getting visibly frustrated with equipment/systems and overall acting unprofessionally in front of customers. Seems like they need a senior manager. Very uncomfortable and dissatisfying to hear and see.
