QUEEN ST. EATERY & WINE BAR is a relaxed and approachable French inspired restaurant and wine bar. We’re all about great food, delicious drinks, and a laid back yet fun atmosphere – accompanied by honest hospitality. The menu draws inspiration from classic French bistro dishes with a fresh, south coast spin, using the best of local Australian and international ingredients to put a twist on the French classics. And the menu is regularly updated to reflect the best of the season. We also have a bit of a thing for wine at Queen St Eatery. The wine list boasts unique selections of fun, contemporary Australian wine as well as beautiful French varieties. There’s something here for all palettes, with plenty available by the glass.

Queen street eatery provides a rare restaurant experience. From the warm freshly baked bread roll to start , to the subtle flavours delicately balanced, and fresh ingredients with beautiful presentation throughout the set menu. The ambiance was charming and inviting, and the service warm and knowledgeable with tips on wine paring and interesting historical facts about the delicious Malbec! We would highly recommend to anyone visiting Berry or the south coast, and look forward to coming back soon!

Nice place but really overpriced. $99 set menu includes tiny steak, few leaves of lettuce, two prawns and an average dessert. Fries extra. I’d say buy the great local produce yourself and cook your own meal – you’ll have a much more substantial dinner at home.

Fantastic. Beautiful atmosphere for a quiet Friday night set menu dinner with 4 friends. Particularly enjoyed their vegetarian/vegan dishes, and the way they’ve arranged their menu to mix and match your options but still have a set menu experience. The food was absolutely divine and we had a really lovely, relaxed evening. Highly recommend thanks so much!!

Brilliant evening meal! Freshest of ingredients expertly prepared, coax their natural flavors to shine through. Inventive twists on traditional French bistro fare are successfully done without feeling contrived. Elements blend, contrasting textures are highlighted. Designed by the owner, the setting reflects a quiet sophistication. It is quaint, delightful and comfortable. The service is welcoming and personable. *Not to be missed is the White Chocolate Ganache with Raspberry Granita… it’s an 11 on a scale of 1-10 (and that’s from one who never eats less than dark dark chocolates). Indoor seating is limited so reservations are highly suggested. A hidden gem, one of Berry’s finest.
