If you want the pork belly, get it from Coles, it’s the EXACT same so spend $12 there instead of the $33 at this monstrosity. If you want dessert, McDonalds is 5 minutes up the road.

Food is literally inedible, see below picture of “rare” $55 scotch fillet. If this was a single occurrence all would be forgiven, however, this review is a result of multiple bad experiences paying a premium for food that is cold, chewy and flavourless. Please fix!! Prime west grill used to be amazing and always looked forward to my stays at Rydges because of it, please bring back a competent chef and amend this issue.

Dined here and had such a delicious meal and great experience that went back the next night. Food was absolutely delicious! Had the crusted salmon with vege, salmon was cooked to perfection as was vege , beautiful and crisp with delicious flavour. Tried the fish tacos the next night and they were fabulous! The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and looked after, she is a credit to the Rydges company. Staff are very friendly and remembered what we were drinking the previous night. Food is well worth the money. Great food, great customer service, great experience.
