39 dollars for two sets of steak and chips with salad and there’s barely any chips and what is that steak?, no care for peoples food nowadays. This isn’t the first time we’ve ordered and foods been cold or lack of food for the price. Considering post man tavern is usually a good place to eat. What happened ?

Nice place for lunch. Garlic bread was awesome, schnitzel a bit too oily but still pretty good. My partner and I enjoyed our food and the quick service

If it’s Ambiance you are looking for, you won’t find it here. Very plain. No bells n whistles. The meal was good. The beef burger was real meat, not that chemically tasting mass produced patties. The Bourbon brisket loaded fries was excellent, however a little dry. I added mustard and pickles to finish it off better, but dry. Service was very friendly. Had a 2019 Chardonnay that was nice and oaky, could be a little more oaky for me though. Not a place for a great experience out, but good for an ‘eat n go’ kinda meal.

It did take a while to get our food but when it came, probably one of the best pub meals I’ve had. I had the pork brisket burger, the brisket was so tender compliments with a great mayo sauce. Chips were nicely salted and crispy as well!

Yeah, nah! Small inside. On busy night only standing room. Some bar staff appear miserably depressed or unhappy. Not cheery. The bistro- Tacky, cheap food. Meat low grade fatty, mushroom gravy yuck, normal packet gravy garnished in mushroom. Can’t cook a blue. Salad had gone off slimey spinach. One piece Tomato in salad not cut small enough and had the core. At first was great but then went yuck. I’d never eat there again. Extremely embarrassed I recommended the joint. My friends are not going back again either.

Vegan parmigiana is less than half the size of a regular parmigiana, yet priced similarly, if not, more expensive. Barely ANY chips with the food. The smoke from the kitchen fogs up the entire dining area and it can be hard to breathe. Beers didn’t taste like how they usually would, they tasted watered down.

Country styled tavern with a good value for money menu. The venue is slightly small compared to your regular pub/RSL but it is cosy. Staff are friendly & welcoming with speedy service. I ordered the Scotch fillet steak med-rare & it was cooked how it was ordered- only wish they had garlic sauce! Aside from that, I do recommend a visit.
