The schnitzel hot pack is disappointing, not much gravy peas or carrots. Carrots were semi hard and schnitzel was more crumb than chicken. Disappointing for $15.90.

I love Playford chicken, I have it delivered regularly(under different name to this one) the food is so good, I’ve ordered schnitzel packs, chicken and veg and gravy packs, fish meal deals, burger meal deals, burgers with the lot. They always deliver on quantity and quality, and taste great. Good salads..They always listen to any of my special requests. And,with each delivery a smiley face or heart and a thank you and sometimes a well wish written on the delivery bag, which I love. Thanks team Playford Chicken, you’re the best and I will keep ordering from you…(Alma).

I’m quite a fan of this business. The staff are generally friendly, welcoming and professional. Quite often, they go out of their way to be considerate. The food is great quality, while the pricing is very competitive. The only issue I have had with this business is that if you order the “Chicken Burger Combo” deal from the picture on the wall opposite the counter, which depicts a chicken schnitzel burger, they’ll simply give you pulled roast chicken in a burger with not much else – very misleading. When I queried the business about the discrepancy, I was informed that they were ‘sorry, but we didn’t take those photos’. I highly recommend the business consider ensuring that all depicted products and their names and prices match what they actually sell and provide to consumers.

Sorry to give 2 star but last 3 visits I’ve had issues with my food, tonight just really annoyed me, ordered 2x snitzel packs, 1 chicken and 1 veal, I asked the girl when she passed me the bag if they were 1 of each she said yes got home and nope both chicken so yet again another disappointment from this shop.

If you are going to have juniors working on the weekend, please advise them of proper hygiene practices, how to cook to order and not overcook on the grill and undercook in the frier.
