We were travelling through Port Augusta & stopped here for take away dinner. Service was prompt, the young lady was friendly. Our pizza & garlic bread was good. We also purchased the cookie which lasted four days as it was so big!

I was pretty happy that Pt Augusta has a pizza hut. My only complaint was that I got the wrong pizza. I had a prawn pizza and was asked if I wanted any dressing on it and I said no. But got home and there it was. However I still ate it. Nothing would stop me. Just not a dressing lover.

As a passenger passed by the town, I would say the fried chicken was not crispy, and it was far cry from real korean fried chicken. The sauce was only dripped on top of chickens instead of marinated. Besides, the kitchen staff and front cashiers dressed so casually, which made me feel the hygiene was not that high. Anyway, it was not that ideal.

I’m originally from Adelaide, working in Port Augusta. I’ve tried been to countless Pizzerias/Italians resteraunts and take away places. This is by far the best Pizza i’ve ever tasted. Great service, taste, affordability and cleanliness!

We were travelling back to Qld & pulled into Port Augusta for the night, arrived around 8.30pm on a Tuesday with most places shutting up shop, however this family owned pizza hut stayed open to cook our 2 pizzas for us, the grandpa behind the counter was a absolute gem and such a conversationalist, he was nice. Gave me a few tips for our travels that helped us a lot. We just would like to thank you for your sevice.
