They constantly delivered same food even i spoke to them that they send me wrong ingredients even after telling them that we’re not eating pork they send us same pizza for second time full of ham and bacon worst shop ever workers are root they think that they own the store and if you complain about they hang the phone in your face i wasted my mone spend $40 for nothing and had to spend extra elsewhere to feed my kids will never order from the same store even if i have to drive to other store because a fortunately this is our only local store who delivers

First of all it’s not a dine in Pizza Hut. So when reading some of the reviews I think people didn’t realise that they went to the one up near St Andrews along Campbelltown Rd. This Pizza Hut is next to Minto Mall and in my opinion looks dingy but was very surprised by the high standard of pizza. I ordered a 3 pizza meal deal online. on arrival I parked with ease. There is an accessible entry. The staff this night were all men they looked busy and were talking amongst themselves about orders. My order was ready. It was still hot when I arrived home (8min). It was presented so well and looked delicious and was delicious. I’m sorry that I didn’t take any pictures. I really was shocked at how good it looked and tasted.

Came for dine in all you can eat. Food was really good. Hot fresh pizza always being topped up. The garlic bread was delicious and yummy choc mousse. Price was good too $85 for 2adults and 2 children, under 3 free. Service could have been better, some tables got jug of water some didn’t, we weren’t given enough cups, but all young crew doing their best so thank you. Perfect place to bring the kids and suitable for all ages. It is a spacious venue with lots of seating and plenty of parking. Recommended and will visit again in the near future.

Customer Service was horrible! The manager on shift 08/04/2023 was so rude she told us to sit where she wanted us to sit as other tables were booked out yet we noticed no one even sat on those tables the whole time we were there and our family had to be separated and she was not only rude but racist towards us.. Staff looked like they hated their jobs no one smiling (don’t blame them if they had to put up with a horrible manager) and there was hardly any food in the buffet stand. Really bad experience for first time going there. I gave this a 1 star but honestly I don’t think they deserved that either. Very disappointed with Minto Pizza Hut buffet, so overpriced for the lack of food and horrible customer service that manager needs to be fired as people don’t need to put up with her rudeness and racist remarks.

Ordered 2 pizzas today. Custom chicken pizza and cheese lovers pizza with peri-peri drizzle (worst decision ever). The peri-peri sauce was no way near the peri-peri taste. It was bitter to taste and we had to throw away the whole pizza. I understand it was an option that I had chosen but at the end of the day the ingredients should be edible.

Pizza was an hour late. Wrong pizza delivered. Drink not delivered. Pizza just left on step. Can not contact anyone about order. Goes to an automated recording then says store is not answering and hangs up. Great customer service.
