Very flavourful from what I’ve tried so far. Not cheap, I paid $15 for this small to medium sized bowl of Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef and pork noodle soup) but not too surprising since they have a monopoly on Vietnamese food in the area. The broth tastes very pho-like, which was jarring to me, and missing some lemongrass, but still tasty, and hit the spot for my cravings.

As I am eating this lovely meal of mine, they have tailored to my liking. The porkchop is perfectly thin sliced, right time of frying so it is crisp yet not dried or hard. Noodle soup is clean and flavoursome.

Glad they moved as its easier for me to get Eastern Creek Quaters so I sometimes go here twice a week as my husband the pho lover has always loved their Pho for years. Very hard to get good pho in the area and tasty broth that is perfection as my husband says.
