So darn delicious. It doesn’t just look good in photos, it is actually delectable. My chef partner was drooling over their shiitake mushrooms in the Ramen and could not for the life work out how you got them to be that delicious, settled for it being a trade secret.

Ordered the lunch special Japanese curry chicken on rice. At $25 this was quite a disappointing meal. This is a pretty standard dish served at many Japanese restaurants, so I expected something similar (if not better given the price) here. Firstly, the chicken was all panco crumb and no chicken, I should have taken a photo. Usually a chicken schnitzel is used in this dish, the chef here really needs to do some quality checks because there was next to no chicken. Curry sauce was good, I prefer a richer flavour like most other Japanese restaurants, but maybe it’s just me. And lettuce, lettuce has no place in this dish, admitadly it does bring some colour. Staff were great, service was lovely. Great place and a good vibe. Food was a let down.

Dropped in here on our last day in Armidale, and couldn’t believe we didn’t find it sooner. The Breakfast ramen was utterly amazing. Seriously considering driving from the Gold Coast on a regular basis just for this.

Beautiful family run business! Such a special spot in Armidale- so unexpected! Very unique and well prepared food. Talented with many Asian cuisines and also do the best classics such as their Benedict Breakfast ramen is my favourite ❤️

Great place to grab a coffee and something to eat. I frequently have lunch here and haven’t been disappointed yet. Recently the Seafood risotto was on the specials board and it was great.

Ever since I knew I was moving to Armadale I wanted to check this place out and it did not disappoint. It was hard to choose something because everything sounded so delicious, but I had to start with the ramen, and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious, and so much food for the price! And the bacon that came with it was stunning. I will absolutely be coming back again and again to try out more of their menu.

I’m so pleased we stopped in here for lunch. Despite being short-staffed, causing slow service and putting pressure on the lovely girl trying to juggle POS as well as make drinks and serve, the food was lovely.

Enjoyable experience. Dinner on a Saturday night – without reservations it’s unlikely you’ll be able to dine here due to social distancing requirements. Staff are friendly & upbeat – we were seated promptly & the menu & specials explained. Corkage is $5 per head. What surprised us was how delicious everything was. Asian flavours were beautifully balanced & serve sizes adequate. Oysters were fresh & the gyozas were good (although we felt the skin was a little too thick). The fried chicken with dipping sauce was superb & best of all – their ramen was authentic & delicious. Enjoyed our dinner very much & highly recommend if you visit Armidale & looking for something different. Well done!
