The food is fantastic but the food is GLACIAL … you order takeaway as soon as they open and it’s a 25 mins wait, you arrive to pick it up and it’s another 10-15 mins extra?!?. Why does it take sooooo long?

Absolutely horrendous customer service. My friends and I waited half an hour to even be served. And from then waited an additional hour and a half for entrees. Only to receive undercooked chicken wings (see image attached). And when given another plate of chicken wings, they were still uncooked. My friends entrees tasted as if they had been bought from Coles and heated up in a microwave. We then asked to be served our mains and the girl said it could be another 50 minute wait. So we cancelled the order and bought kebabs across the road, highly recommend as they were not undercooked and only a 5 minute wait.

Overall an excellent experience. The food was fresh and very tasty. Ambiance was enjoyable and relaxing. Service was friendly and overall quite good but struggled with the demand at times. The prices were tremendous value for the food quality. A most enjoyable evening.
