Service was on the dot, very friendly staff. The guy on wearing the check shirt was amazing (great sense of humour). The manager was very understanding and helpful, didn’t ask me second time about the rib that I sent back. We paid $410, food quality is not that great anymore! I was very disappointed with the food quality . I understand the shortage of staff, but this chef is absolutely ruining the reputation of this place. I was so disappointed seeing the ribs, that I stopped taking photos! We also ordered Pasta and 3 mor Rib Eye Steak, which was not cooked according to our order. Some were under cooked or over cooked!

We were served by Nathan and his service was outstanding. Valentine’s Day the busiest for service and even though it was at full capacity Nathan served with a smile and nothing we asked for was overlooked. Food was excellent quality as usual. Highly recommend!

If I could give our waiter more than 5 stars- I would. Nathan goes above and beyond every single time we dine here. Tonight was no different. We were dining for my MIL 50th birthday, and Nathan made sure we all had a memorable evening. My 2 year old absolutely loves him. He is always engaging with the whole table and makes sure he includes my son- which is really special! Tonight he made my sons night by drawing a picture of his puppy and making sure he could take his leftovers home for her. It was all he could talk about on the drive home. It’s so nice to be able to go out and enjoy a nice meal, but to also have someone who enjoys their work and goes to the effort of making sure everyone has an enjoyable evening- that will keep us coming back.
