Asked some questions pre-order, and then when ready to order they assumed I was picking up an internet order so ignored me. I finally got to order, ordered a large Hawaiian pizza, chips & drink. Waited for ages, everyone else got served and left. I was still waiting. Then I saw them start making my order. The pizza got “cooked”, left out waiting for a while. After the pizza was finished, they started cooking the chips, so the pizza cooled down while the chips cooked. When I finally received my order, it was a good 30min after I paid for it, the pizza was lukewarm and undercooked. The base was doughy and pepperoni (on a Hawaiian?? No ham??) was gross, (even though I do normally like pepperoni). The chips, however, were perfect. Next time, skip the pizza. Just get chips.

Usually a fan of Origin but they really messed up our felafel kebab today. The felafel was rock hard! Taste like old socks and was really bad. Tried a couple of the chips my daughter got and they were terrible too!
