Stayed here on our way to Canberra and on our return, upgraded our room on the return trip for minimal cost and so worth it for the views. Staff were great so helpful on our arrival and staff in the bar area and restaurant were so welcoming, no real wait time for meals. Stay again no worries

I travel for work and work while I eat. I appreciate the distance the staff keep whilst you are busy working,but to totally ignore you when the restaurant gets busier is ridiculous. The fact that I had to call someone over to order sweets and another beverage after other guests could see I was quiet annoyed at this point.

Absolute joke – 8 mains on the menu – ordered one ” oh I’m sorry we’re out of that” ok give me this one – ten minutes later ” oh I’m sorry we haven’t got that one either” oh for f sake give us a Hawian Pizza – we’ve nearly finished the wine- 35 minutes later – excuse me where’s our Pizza- “oh I’m really sorry we haven’t even put it on yet – anyone thinking of eating here – forget it.
