We came here a Friday evening. The food was disappointing, frozen schnitzel with a tomato and herbs mix straight off a can and fried bacon bits. It was surprisongly bad for the price. The pork was ok, the vegetables were a bit overcooked and I’m not sure the sauce was homemade, but it worked well and I would much recommend it over the schnitzel. Service was not quite rude, atmosphere was pub’s.

We were traveling through from Melbourne. I’ve been to many steak houses around Australia like Rare and MooMoo’s, and I have to say these guys cook a great steak! Tender and delicious! Good music and great service! Shout out to Rosie, who could see we were exhausted and made sure we could have somewhere to sit and eat before continuing our travels into the night. Thanks guys!

One of a few places that open late at Dubbo. Be warn the serving is very generous here. We ordered lamb cutlet for entree $9, coming from Sydney we thought it will be either small cutlet or 1 cutlet per serving, hence we ordered 2. surprise surprise the cutlet is decent main size. My caramelised asian noodle is a bit on the sweeter end – I scooped the sauce out. The staff is very attentive.

We visited the Old Bank during a recent visit to Dubbo. Gary (the barman) was very friendly and he served up a solid pint of Guinness! We only had appetisers and they were lovely. Very good value for food here too! Will be back to Gary and the Guinness!
