Excellent service from staff, food was fresh and tasty, a really good experience and I recommend you visit. We had the all you can eat menu, and didn’t know where to start. So we ordered the octopus balls, vegetable spring rolls, beef with Udon noodles and of course some sushi. Next came chicken katsu, squid salad, fresh prawns and some other dishes, too many to mention. We finished off with green tea ice cream and black sesame ice cream, delicious.

Great value for money, certainly won’t go hungry and for $36.80 per person (minimum is 2 people) to try out different foods and with extra, if you can fit it in, it’s definitelya bargain. Service was a bit slow to start, there were a lot of people but our server was as attentive as she could be. The food itself wasn’t bad but definitely needed a bit more seasoning all around, especially the tempura sauce which was definitely on the bland side. I do recommend the Miso Beef, Beef carpacio, soba and the sushi/sashimi platter.

What a great meal. I’ve been to 5 or 6 Okami restaurants throughout Melbourne. Whittlesea is the best, the friendliest staff who come to you to see if you want to order more. The food is the freshest and tastiest. An overall fantastic experience, I recommend 100%.

Very disappointed, the beef carpaccio we were served came out frozen, nothing is fresh in this place. They have so much MSG in everything they serve, makes you drink water like a camel. I will definitely not be returning.

Really disappointing as I have been to other okami’s. A drink was spilt by an employee on me. They replaced it and charged me for both. The food was not great either. Very upsetting.
