Underwhelming due to a pretty lean spread. Website promotes a ‘tropical inspired’ breakfast with ‘freshly baked muffins’ and pastry items both of which were notably absent. Understaffed and slow to replenish toast and butter. Bacon was tough. Fruit salad available in small bowls but no other tropical fruit on offer. Mushrooms were good and the surroundings were pleasant but, overall, more like a tropical misfire.

Just excellent. We stayed at the Sheraton and tired this restaurant based on reviews here.

The food here was so lackluster based on the price. Calamari was soggy and oily, both mains were okay but needed a bit more seasoning and flavour. They were pretty basic and had minimal extras or love given to them, and they weren’t cheap. We ordered the potatoes as a side and they were not smashed, just whole potatoes that were a little smushed. Some of them were burnt too. We also had the cheesecake for dessert and while I enjoyed that, the added pineapple that seemed like it was from a tin was so random and added nothing. Also the staff were super friendly, so nice, but they kept engaging in conversation where we were trying to have a nice intimate dinner. I added this into the note on the booking so I was a little disappointed we weren’t left to ourselves more. However I would never complain about friendly service and they basically saved the night for us.

Dreadful Customer Service. Had our booking cancelled by them at the last minute on Saturday night due to a bigger booking staying at the resort. They advised us we had 3 no shows which is very odd as i booked once and have evidence that it was indeed cancelled well in advance. BUT after reading other reviews about awful food we were very happy to give our custom to a lovely italian in town who kindly helped us out at the last minute.

We ordered the steak special. The steak was so perfectly cooked, you could literally cut it with the butter knife.

My partner and I went here for dinner one night and we loved our pizzas! It did take a while and the poor waitress forgot our drinks which made her very stressed, but I would certainly come back in a heartbeat because of the overall experience which was very pleasant

Not impressed. The menu was expensive and pretentious and has next to NO vegan options. The dinner I did get was ‘Crumbled Colli’ and it tasted like oil . The staff were polite but not very helpful. Won’t be eating here again.. Update your menu and step your game up Oak and Vine Restaurant!
