It pains me to say it, but our dining experience last night wasn’t anywhere near the standard it has been in the past. Starting with the young waiter, who unftly had no idea of the menu, we asked him about 1 of the entrees, he couldn’t tell us what it was, we asked him to find out for us, he went inside, answered the ph, packed some takeaway, came back out to us & when we asked him, he still was confused, then he bght our mains out & left our empty entree plates on the table, I undstand every1 has to start somewhere, but some training of the menu items & service should be paramount, then to the food. The potato wrapped prawns were half the size as last time, quite oily also, the crab claw was delicious, Mains of Laksa, was tasty, but asked for chilli to give it abit more depth, Hokkien Noodle & Chang Mai Rice, again very oily. The head chef came to take our plates was happy & friendly, but we were disappointed tonight..

Enjoyed visiting this Thai restaurant in Port Macquarie. It was relatively busy on Saturday night which was great! We felt confident eating here as some of the other Thai restaurants were empty. Food wasn’t too bad but some of the portion sizes were a bit on the smaller side. $4 per bowl of price is definitely on the pricier side.

Busy Saturday night, the staff were accommodating without a reservation. Food came out timely and tasted very good. Agree with some of the other reviews the curry was a little watery but taste was still nice. Another review mentioned the price of rice, it’s definitely normal so not sure which year they last dined.

There are a lot of Thai restaurants in Port Macquarie and I can say this is my far one of best! They use a lot of authentic ingredients which really bring out the full flavor like Krachai.

Had dinner here 2 nights in a row. Absolutely loved our meals. Food was so flavoursome and staff were so friendly. Very reasonably priced and well worth a visit.

Northpoint Thai is the best Thai restaurant in Port Macquarie. I’ve been coming here for years and the staff are always friendly, and the meals are fresh, delicious and affordable. I am coeliac and there are plenty of gluten free options and the staff are always careful with cross contamination.

Went in 1 hour before closing which I wouldn’t recommend. Staff couldn’t care less or were tired either way they weren’t pleasant. The food however, was surprisingly good. We had Tom Yum fried rice, chicken pad see ew and curry puffs (amazing). Portions were big that 2 or 3 people could share a dish.

Unfortunately the food and service has gone downhill. Entree was overcooked and dry. Ordered and paid for rice but didn’t get it.
