5 stars for the delicious ice-creams. What let it down was a) Someone who doesn’t know how to tell the time didn’t know how to put correct opening times on Google. The whole week was comical – closed now (6pm) – opens at 10pm, closes 12am! We did walk down and closed. b) My second issue was for a place that says it is natural, I’d like more wording for us discerning types – vegetarian? Vegan? The girl I spoke to had no idea, I asked if there was gelatine in the ice-cream and she said probably not and then rambled about how even the artificial flavours are natural. The staff need a lot more training on the products, telling the time and company ethos.

Not worth the wait. Shop was busy but service was slow and rude. Girls didn’t seem to want to be there or had clearly had enough of being understaffed. Was a shame but made me think Yeppoon definitely has potential for some decent competition.
