We went for the Disney themed menu, it was one of the best dining experiences. Wonderful service that played into each course. Each course had an amazing story and excited us a lot! Definitely want to come for more themes but this might always be my favourite!!

Fantastic Experience, wish I did not have a headache come on during half way through the meal. The food was fantastic, especially the non-alcoholic drink , with the meals. The Pea and Mint soda was odd, but was addicting to drink . Next time I visit Sydney I will be sure to come back. For a new experience.

I was so exited to visit NEL after seeing their amazing food on MasterChef. My partner and I arrived 10mins early and were seated 25mins later. Other guests who came after us were seated prior. We had ordered drinks initially while waiting for our table but didn’t receive until later. Service was very inconsistent. Waitstaff were taking jackets for some people and not others. I had to ask for my jacket to be taken. Then we got the food… sadly I was underwhelmed by what I had received. Half of the dishes were quite bland and all dishes were so tiny in size. I understand degustations are small portions, but this was super small. We dined for Chapter 4 – which is Disney themed. This dining experience is around 3 hours but food is delivered in inconsistent timeframes. My partner also had his drink forgotten about and replacement also took a while. I was so upset when I got the bill to see a 10% Saturday surcharge added. I did not know that this charge was being applied to an already expensive menu. Staff also expected to be tipped. If I had my time again I would not dine here. I feel this puts a bad name to fine dining.
