What a find we stumbled across in Esk! A lovely sunny day, we sat out on the veranda, they have a great lunch time menu to suit any and everybody. My wife and I had toasties one off the bone ham, cheese and tomato the other chicken, brea and tomato. Great flavour and you also score great hot chips. Washed mine down with this amazing iced coffee and my wife enjoyed orange juice from a selection of drinks in their fridge. Almost forgot, there is also a tempting array of cakes and sweet dishes for afters. Inside the house is an array of artwork if you are looking for something special. Highly recommend Nash Gallery & Cafe.

We called in for a coffee and cake. We ended up sharing a vanilla slice, which was amazing. Both had coffees, which were also very good. The staff were friendly too. We loved the white paper and crayons on the table, so we had to do some drawings. We went back the next day and had scones and coffee. They didn’t disappoint either. When worth a visit when in Esk.

What a great little place. A grand old house converted into a warm and welcoming venue imbued with a passion for some life’s greatest pleasures, food and art. Dog friendly, family friendly with plenty of seating inside, on the verandah and outside in the gardens. The menu includes gluten free options far beyond the usual salad. I looked inside the cake display fridge and went to comfort food heaven. Cakes the way Nana makes them, absolutely divine, every morsel was sincerely perfect. We shared a seafood platter as well and it was so nice to see chunky steak chips again. True to its olde world charm, the amenities are located out on the verandah and its a full bathroom. The place is immaculately clean and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Its up for sale at the moment, I hope it goes to someone as invested in maintaining the good old fashioned food, the love of art and the love of the community clearly displayed across its walls.

Been here a few times (father in-law lives in Esk) food here is OK. A bit expensive for what you get. Food isn’t worth the price paid.

Nash was recommended by the Aibnb that we stayed at. Ordered a pot of tea, must have been a small teaspoon of leaves as the tea was weak, came 10 minutes before the food so cold when I ate. Ordered a bacon stack, which had one piece of bacon on it….odd! $24 was overpriced for the quantity. My partners food was worse and very overpriced. All up over $70 for breakfast, great location, service was average, atmosphere was good, lots of traffic. Picnic Point in Toowoomba is better on all accounts.

An earlier reviewing complimenting the vanilla slice drew us to Nash on a hot afternoon. We sat in the garden with our two dogs. There was no bowls of water despite the many signs saying they were pet friendly. But one of the staff quickly brought us a dish when we asked and the dogs were very grateful.
