I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve been done dirty too many times! The first time I ordered I didn’t receive any of my sides and they completely left the chicken out of my pita! I thought it had been long enough that I would try again. This time I ordered grilled broccoli over whipped feta, i seriously received a box of RAW cut up broccoli. That’s it. My chicken in the pita is extra hot when I ordered lemon and herb and the chips haven’t seen a grain of salt in their short sad lives. I don’t know why you are continuously out to ruin my night but as a fellow hospo worker I beg of you, please. Do better.

Ordered the chicken online through the Nandos app with additional notes on it as recommended by the staff on the phone. We’ve ordered a whole chicken, 1/2 with BBQ flavour and the other 1/2 is in BBQ & Hot flavour, cut the chicken in 8, make sure its not burnt and asked for extra sauce on the take away.

Coming from the uk, I can honesty tell you this is not Nandos. The chicken is wet and mushy not barbecued. The side dishes like spicy rice are straight out the packet and to top it off, there is no salsa music playing in the restaurant. Terrible experience

Pretty good service most days but I can’t help but to feel uncomfortable with some of the other customers. That being said, the food can definitely be improved on. For a wrap called avo goodness, you guys could at least add a decent amount of avo?! One piece in half of the wrap? C’mon.

Placed an order for a half chicken and requested extra basting in my notes to the innaloo staff, upon arriving and collecting my order an awesome fella who goes by Harrison carefully read the notes which are often overlooked, and made sure I was looked after, love his work and I hope an area manager can give him props for ensuring customers are satisfied and well looked after 🙂
