Today was the last day we will be dining at Muffin Break Wodonga Plaza. We’re absolutely fed up with the attitude of the young female staff. ChelseaC has a disagreeable, miserable disposition. Her customer service is non-existent. She wouldn’t wait until I handed over my Muffin Break card so I missed out on points. I requested a small Skinny Decaf Cappuccino and especially requested a good head of froth. My husband ordered a Flat White. Most of the Decaf coffee was delivered in the saucer because it had been filled to the brim. The froth was non-existent .. actually it was flatter than my husband’s flat white!! We’re sick to death of the staff not listening and their miserable disposition. The older dark long haired woman has terrible customer service skills, is rude to customers, has a chip on her shoulder and has us all bluffed to the point we avoid the store if we see her on duty. There is no comparison between the Albury/Lavington stores and the Wodonga Plaza Store. We were served by two wonderful young boys at the Lavington store on Monday and the girls at the Albury store are always friendly and professional. We will not be dining at Wodonga Plaza Muffin Break again!! Take a leaf out of the Albury and Lavington Stores’ customer service manual.
