Fantastic Asian inspired menu, including a unique and delicious oyster dressing that tasted like traditional Chinese steamed fish. The lamb that came directly from the owners’ farm was the best cut of lamb I’ve had. Our server was super friendly, and the music was good too. Experience definitely matched up to the expectations set by the price tag.

The Mudbar exemplifies the old adage that you get what you pay for. A bit pricey but it delivers in every aspect of the meal. Superb Tasmanian oysters, perhaps the best I have enjoyed in my travels, to start. For our maine course, my wife had a local white fish and enjoyed every morsel, while I had the lamb, with a light tempura batter, and found it to be delicious. Our waiter, Dylan, provided 5-star service throughout the meal and his recommendations were much appreciated. The local wines were excellent and complemented

You can’t find a more warm friendly place than Mud Bar. The Mud Bar team are customer service super stars. I’ve had the pleasure of eating here on hundred’s of occasions. Do yourself a favour and book here today. The ever changing menu and firm favourites that are available are delicious. I’ve never had an average experience here. Food is exceptional.
