Such a beautiful venue to enjoy a meal with stunning views of the heart of Brisbane. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. We were with a party of 20 and chefs were lightning fast making our meals. We adored the food and the cocktail list! We also loved enjoying a drink on the outside deck. We felt like a superstar dining at Motion!

Great cocktails and nice wine list, really professional service from all staff we dealt with. Meals were a little under the standard we hoped for with such a premium location, we mentioned to our server, and kitchen seemed to agree about our beef cheeks being dry and not enough sauce. We were offered complimentary dessert which felt like a fair offer of compensation.

Recently open back up due to covid. Used to be one of my favourite restaurants to go to but truly believe it lost its touched. Its over priced for the quality of the food. Food was blend and nothing special. Feel like eating an average main dish from any restaurants but at overprice rates. Customer service was also average, there was not alot of people eating dinner on a Saturday night maybe 4 tables but yet numerous of times I needed to get the waitress to fill our water up.

The food was absolutely delicious and loved the green vegetables they were cooked perfectly but the service was a bit slow , did not keep up with the food served. The drinks made were also perfect . A big thank you to Odette she was a great host and provided great service. Her colleagues could take a few tips from her regarding service .

Called for a seafood dinner buffet, the answer was yes, and we booked. Turned out they didn’t do the buffet anymore. If you have a problem with the telephone line and can’t hear the customer properly, then just fix it.

A really nice sit down breakfast buffet. Whilst it is not the cheapest at $38 per person, the buffet includes a wide range of options, from your breakfast staples like bacon, eggs, tomato, mushrooms, hash browns etc, to a nice range of fresh fruits, cereals and pastries. Your cups of tea and juices are included in this price with only the barista made coffee to be paid for. The staff were very attentive and the atmosphere was pretty good. If you are looking for a very enjoyable buffet breakfast in the Brisbane CBD, then Motion Dining will tick the boxes for you.

Price to taste ratio comes out pretty average. $30 scallops gets 4 very tiny scallops seasoned well and cooked properly… but getting cold by time they arrived at our table. Place was not particularly busy. 2 stars for dinner. Overall you can find a lot better places for your taste buds and dollars in Brisbane CBD.
