Based on our experience at the restaurant in July 2023, group booking with a car club: Excellent curries. The food was amazing and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I’d 100% go back for takeout if I lived closer. Dining in again would be a no from me. The decor is old and ratty. The chairs are worn and stained. Very cramped for group dining. My shoes stuck to the worn out carpet as I trod through years of gluey oil and messy spills. I’ve no doubt the health department would have a field day in the dining area. From where we sat, we could see part of the kitchen which appeared to be clean. Staff worked hard inside cleaning dishes and clearing away. A makeover would do wonders for this homely restaurant because Mother’s food was fabulous.

Amazing Indian food. To date the best I have eaten in WA, by a long way. The flavours, spices and quality of the food is amazing. Service is also very good. Clearly a lot of people agree because their takeaway service was also very busy.

By far the best Indian food in Perth! Our favourite dishes are the goat curry, goan fish, palek paneer, cauliflower rice and paratha. All dishes are superb with complex, delicious flavours and it is BYO too. Alex & Debbie

I have been here a lot in the past and it has always been delicious . The other say we went and ordered palak paneer which was ok , nothing excellent , not creamy just the spinach mixed with the cheese. They were open just 3 nights a week so they make the most money with take always , from 6.30 till 8.45 was a non- stop of people picking up take always. I think now they are doing quantity over quality… that’s very sad …
