One of two restaurants that I picked for a short 2-nights stay at Canberra. Nice vibe. Impeccable service. Not even in top Michelin restaurants would you find staff cleaning your table between courses. Food wise, I like their starters and dessert better than the main courses which I found in general salty, even with rice (but it can be just a personal preference).

Had an amazing dinner here on Friday night. The food was delicious with fantastic flavours and all beautifully presented. Also some of the best service I’ve received at a restaurant – all staff were friendly and helpful and our particular server was incredibly attentive throughout the evening. I love that they gave us all new tableware and cleaned up any spills on the table between every course – just lovely. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic food – clever and beautifully presented – but also not unnecessarily experimental. Really delicious. Service perfect – attentive but relaxed. One of our party wanted the regular vegetarian banquet to be changed to vegan and this was done seamlessly and thoughtfully. The dining room is light and spacious. And great value considering the quality of the experience.

Hats off to the chef, this place was amazing, high end, quality Vietnamese food. We order the 3 course banquet. There was a lot of food, no skimping, but it was also of high quality food. The decor was great, extra care taken to create a great aroma inside. Service was top notch – always filling our drinks This restaurant is truly a hidden gem!

Miss Vans pleasantly surprised us with authentic modern Vietnamese food in central Canberra. Highlights for us were the cuttlefish (not to be confused with calamari) and the cauliflower curry was rich and deep in flavour and moorish. Service was wonderful too especially during the busy Friday lunch service.
