I’m a big fan of Indochinese fusion and Indian restaurants really work their magic. Sadly Mirchi didn’t make the cut, the vegetable noodle was loaded with fresh veggies and no overpowering smells or taste of ginger garlic which makes it an ideal office hours meal, plus decent pricing on the downside really lacked flavour, even the tomato sauce couldn’t elevate the meal. I still think 3 stars is generous and I want to try their other dishes before providing a decent rating.

I’ve been going to this place for ages, since before COVID, always had a good butter chicken and garlic naan. recently the quality has degraded. Today, my garlic naan is crunchy like its stale and the butter chicken has a tomato flavour which it never used to.

From a go to place, Mirchi has now become an Avoid going to place. Probably change of staff/chef or whatever, the food doesn’t taste well made. Third instance where food didn’t have any flavor… Not even salt..!!
