Appalling service to say the least! I ordered a seafood pasta over the phone for pick up and the person taking the order had no idea whatsoever. Didn’t say how much it would cost or any other relevant information other than, it’ll be ready in 25 minutes. I then went to the store to find that nothing had been ordered. I suggest you employ competent staff, so you don’t inconvenience people spending money in your store. It’s a shame as the food is good, however I will not return. Lost a good customer. Shame.

2 hours to deliver a pizza. I went to the store and saw my uncooked pizza sitting there and the guy behind the counter told me it was on the way. It wasn’t even cooked yet and it was already an hour late. A woman walked in, ordered her pizza and got it 15 minutes later. I was hanging around outside to see what the issue was. When I confronted the guy behind the counter again he said they were very busy. There was no one in there. He said they only had one delivery driver. Really bad service. I’ve ordered from them many times before, but, maybe there’s a change of ownership because the service is getting worse and worse. Would not recommend.

Ordered Pizza and risotto for pick up. Get there pizza ready, no risotto, they forgot. I said “ don’t worry I’ll just have the pizza” Get home and WRONG PIZZA I call up and tell them and he says “well what do you want me to do about it!” WOW. I go back up and ask for the right pizza and also ask if they can now make the risotto because I need to wait for the other pizza. Guy says “but you didn’t want it!!” WOW. so finally get the right pizza and risotto and then he’s going on about paying more because I didn’t pay for the risotto. WOW Absolutely no customer service whatsoever and so rude. NEVER GO THERE!!!
