We payed $70 for this Aquarium. Extremely disappointed. It was very tired & run down. There was about 12 small tanks and a few fish. You could probably see the same amount at a pet store. One of the tanks was broken. To top it off they charged an extra 15% on public holidays. I don’t know why as there is no staff down in the aquarium. It’s also not pram or wheelchair friendly.

We had a better time at this aquarium than we did at sea life in Melbourne. We were the only ones there so had our own tour. Alan and Will were super knowledgeable, friendly and great at making sure the kids were able to see everything. It was also great getting to see all the fish be fed. It was definitely well worth our money. We didn’t get to eat at the restaurant but coffee was good too.

Enjoyed the aquarium. It was exquisite but had so much to watch. Fish feeding session with explanation was very educational. Fish and other sea creatures are well kept. Enjoyed the battered fish and chips with salads from the restaurant as the main course. Food was well prepared with reasonable price. Enjoyed the service with friendly staff and lived relaxing environment with amazing view to the sea.

What a gr8 place to meet up for a coffee or some lunch. Gr8 atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommended having a look at the Aquarium, especially at feeding time.

Amazing experience. I visited the Aquarium today and it was incredible. I was lucky enough to be the only visitor at the time and had two of their amazing staff show me around and tell me all about the animals, even the funny stories that only the workers would know. They are a catch a release aquarium with plenty to see. The animals and enclosures are very well kept and the fish feeding is a must. Can’t wait to visit again.

This aquarium and restaurant sits at the best location with nice water view. The food was delicious and presented really well! We also visited the small aquarium underneath the restaurant, it’s got 26 tanks in total and all come in different sizes. There were some very interesting fish and the guy who was cleaning the tank was so passionate about fish, he came and told us a lot about the different kind of fish in the aquarium. It was a really pleasant experience!

We had a brilliant meal, Saturday lunchtime, sitting on the outside verandah at The Wharf. John, our waiter, was so kind, helping us decide on a lovely wine. The beef carpaccio, seafood chowder, flathead with churizo, creme brûlée and affagato were just delicious. It was a little windy, so we were glad of our jackets, but the wide bay with a fringe of beaches all around looked stunning in the sunshine. I would love to return here in the future.

The food here was really good. The staff were lovely but a little slammed. I would normally say 5 stars but they seemed a little too under staffed. The risotto was just slightly under cooked and my partners main was forgotten but was quickly brought out once the staff were made aware. They were extremely wonderful. The mains were just delightful and the chai pannacotta was smooth and creamy. The views are amazing by the way and keep an eye out on the stones outside for the lizards.
