I am extremely disappointed at what was provided to me because surely the burger was incomplete! I had ordered the latest offering of “Cheesy Angus” which I have seen on the online and tv adverts – so I know how it should look like! Since I had to take it with me as take-away because of my work schedule, I only realised it after opening it up when I reached my office.

I ordered Iced latte in my maccas app, with sugar syrup (all the time) and double check it before I order. The girl named Bibita who was the server that day questioned me that it already has when completely there wasn’t any. Next time don’t question your customers, double check first the order before you talk.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s Ive ever been to. Staff were rude af and I had to ask to be served. Then of course they got my order completely wrong whilst Im rushing to get to work. Another staff member pushed past me while I went to collect my food. F@#king appalled that the manager was right there and didn’t say something to his staff member who he saw push past me. It’s McDonalds, so you know what you’re gettting. Conveniently located in Wynyard station so you can grab something to eat on your way to the train. Always busy but generally fast service and the food is ok.
