I ordered a double filet o’fish burger, an iced chocolate and a raspberry and custard pie mcflurry. When my order came out they didn’t have the McFlurry so I waited until an employee came out to ask why it wasn’t there, only to be ignored by her saying sorry to pick up a card and leave. So I waited again for the next person and then asked her why they forgot my raspberry and custard pie mcflurry and she tells me it was wasn’t being made anymore and that no one told me. So she asked to either have an Oreo or m&m’s one. I felt that person who got my order was rude not to tell me that they weren’t selling the raspberry and custard pie McFlurry and the first girl who ignored me were very rude! They need to retrain their employees in customer service! I am never going to this McDonald’s again! Rude service and employees!

Not 24/7 as they have no night manager. People are in there but apologise and say they’re closed. Shop next door said they’ve been shut at night for a while, sometimes as early as 6:30.

They were cleaning the roof lights from the dust on the top of our table while we are eating, dust and a living spider falls and I have to tell him about that, seriously they were like kicking us out.

In my vocabulary, there is no such thing as a bad macdonalds. This is a very large outlet, with one of the biggest drive thrus I have seen, double laned , with two food pick-up windows so you never get stuck behind anyone. Great play area for the kids and very nice roomy ,clean bathrooms

Worst maccas I have ever been too. Keep thinking it will get better but it has only gotten worse. Ordered 2 chicken bacon deluxe meals tonight only to get home and notice I was given 2 angus bacon deluxe burgers. I got a classic angus that had brown lettuce no onion soft old tomato and the meat was only half cooked. Last visit got medium meals but given and charged for large drinks. They forget sauses. Give melted sundaes and the cheese is always only half on burgers and half stuck to the box . I have officially decided to never go to the maccas at tahmoor ever again. I’d much rather drive further to picton they have better food and service.

Highly recommend you go at a very busy time, then the chances are you might receive hot, or at least warm burgers. They’ve always been stone cold whenever I’ve bought them.
