Yesterday I went into my local maccas to get a 50c burger however Lauren was extremely rude towards myself as the app was really slow and was even so rude towards her co-workers. 2 cars in drive thru – I ordered a simple $9 burger. Bread was stale, quality was disappointing and not at an acceptable food safety temperature. For 11.30pm, it should be at least cooked to order.

Not very impressed with tonights service at all !!!!! I went through the drive-thru to order the $40 meal deal and an extra cheeseburger for the 1st order, and the 2nd order was 2 double cheeseburgers. Once home I realised they did not give me my second daughter so I had to drive all the way back and tell them what I ordered the first time and that they forgot my second order. The lovely girl at the speaker box told me to drive through and pick up my two cheeseburgers. When I got to the window they asked me again, so I had to tell them and they handed me a bag and I went to the car park to go eat it. ( luckily) so I’m starving and about to eat my Burger when I realised they gave me two single cheeseburgers!!! So I hopped out of my car walk down and explained again and I finally got my 2 double cheeseburgers,

Dasher here. I arrived and the order I was picking up had already been prepared sitting on the desk and just needed it handed to me. The manager was busy with other customers so I asked the Cafe staff member (Australian guy, beard with glasses) who had just served a customer, to quickly hand it to me. He refused to help me and said that the manager next to him (who was busy with a customer) was there to help him out and he was busy making other orders and told me to wait. He spent more time speaking to me like that than just taking 2 seconds to hand the order on the table to me. Another manager or supervisor who finished his shift instead came and gave me the order. Props to him.

The Customer service is sheeet no acknowledgement looked and talked like a zombie no signs of life what so ever, not to mention rude and arrogant!!, couldn’t even take a second to acknowledge she was there and she would be with you shortly nothing but dead silence. The burger was rubbery and dry, barely any sauce and just slapped together. The so called Ceasar salad was a half filled burger box, It would’ve just scrapped by as a kids meal/ portion. Not sure how this place is still in business

Early this morning I witnessed a security guard push a young girl & then continue to punch her in the face after being her saying not to touch her. Wtffff!! After more people hearing what happened, he decided to try and lie about the whole thing.. Police were called but not sure what happened afterwards as I left. Unacceptable behaviour from so-called security guard! I have seen him working many times in the past but if I ever see him again after what happened I’ll be real disappointed.
