Very bad and rude service. Been through drive thru and asked for a mcchicken burger told that they don’t do them here and asked the window lady since when they have stopped doing it and she was so rude with no explanation and asked me to move on.

20 Min wait in the drive through with 4 cars infront, they didn’t have anyone in front using the waitbays just left us all in the queue was just bloody annoying. Manager when I looked in was on her phone for 2 mins while staff laughing and joking instead of packing or producing food to get me out of the queue.

Absolutely disgusting service from Bianca this morning. I let her know over the phone that I had 2 inconveniences this morning with my order where I didn’t receive BBQ sauce in my bacon and egg mcmuffin which I had already taken back and asked for them to fix then came home to discover our pancakes were not provided with butter and maple syrup. Bianca’s attitude was disrespectful as she kept talking over the top of me and was very defensive. When I have provided feedback to mcdonalds of things being forgotten in the past I have always had friendly service where they have apologised, spoken to me with politeness and offered to fix things up with my on a happy note. However, Bianca hung up on me when I was addressing these minor issues and when I called back it was ringing ringing ringing and she finally answered some time later. I asked if she hung up on me and she denied it but she definitely did and continued to speak in her careless tone of voice with defensiveness. Right now I could not care less about the forgotten butter and maple syrup packets, I am more dissappinted that there is someone with such rude customer service handling customer service matters. I have never been hung up on or talked to so rudely by staff at any Mcdonalds franchise before so this was really disappointing. I will be making a complaint to Mcdonalds higher up about Bianca’s behaviour to me too. You know Bianca, being kind instead of defensive about order mishaps could go a long way, lose the attitude mate and ask your supervisor for training on how to provide genuine FRIENDLY and CARING customer service.

I ordered a regular no sugar sprite for $4.60 and received a half full cup of sprite with like two ice cubes. if i’m paying near $5 for a drink it should at least be full, i’d be happier if it was just half ice but the cup was half empty… really disappointing waste of money.

Worst service I have ever had no banana bread available but took the orders. Managers just shrugging their shoulders as they didn’t care. Really bad attitude from management. Never again I will take this further as it was the worst experience.

Just got a quick take away at the drive-throu , I asked for 4 large frozen cokes and a large fries…… their speaker at the drive-throu is impossible for them to hear you and for you to hear them….. they ended up giving me 4 large diet cokes and stale fries. get the speaker fixed and learn to cook fries please

Stopped in for a quick lunch break. This was most certainly a fast food restaurant……I ordered via the touch screen and waited no more than five minutes to receive my order. Unfortunately one of the meals was missing the chips.
