Charters Towers McDonalds was clean, fresh and bright. The staff went above and beyond to us order our food which was prompt, fresh and hot. Compared to big city stores it was great to have good old fashioned courtesy with good food in a pleasant and clean surround.

Waited 10 mins in drive through, then waited 20 mins after ordering in carpark. I had to go in to get my order which was just sitting on the bench. And everything was cold. Bad customer service bad store, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. I should have got a pub meal would have been quicker and I would have been able to eat it

Went through drive through but had to wait 25 minutes after placing order for 2 ice drinks and when they finally come the drinks were mostly melted. Don’t know what the problem inside was but they had several young people trying to find people to match the orders in the car park.

I think it’s one of the worst Maccas I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot. It’s undoubtedly the dirtiest I’ve seen by far, even though the 2 times I went there it was almost empty and the whole time I stayed there no-one was cleaning up the liquids on the floor, the spilt cups, the chips on the floor or on the tables and the full bins. As I said, there were hardly any customers, so the only explanation is that the staff don’t care about cleaning.

Just had a girl refuse to serve me and walk out the back of the shop because of no reason. I genuinely can’t believe the manager didn’t say anything. Tighten up on your staff.
