It is sad that it’s come to this. 12 months ago this was THE BEST Maccas in the state – they were quick, friendly and always got it right. But something has dramatically changed. Over the past few months, our orders have been consistently wrong, service poor and food poorly prepared. I would not be surprised to find out there’s been a change of management because the gulf between what this place was and what it is now is extreme.

Lots of laughter and talking behind the counter while customers waiting to be served were ignored. One staff member coming off shift was eating a hash brown behind the counter. Dalby MacDonal’s Never have I been in such a dirty unkept Maccas, toilets not maintained nowhere to change baby as change station broken with what looks like urine all over it. Tables dirty and sticky window sills covered in dead bugs and dust.
