ordered crispy ceasar wrap and crispy aioli wrap, both given to us unfolded and had extra old pieces of chicken, and one wrap only came with half a piece. i went back to the counter to ask for fresh ones in the most nicest way possible as i didn’t want to annoy them. waited bout 5 mins and went back to the counter and all the kitchen crew were standing around chatting away. they only started to actually make the wraps again when they saw me. could hear them all talk bad about me asking for fresh food. ended up not even having fresh chicken anyway. 🙁

Totally disgusting food and service. Order at 3.40pm Sunday afternoon. Very few people or cars and still waited 20min while the tall young blonde girl sipped her drink putting items in our bag slowly. Food was cold, burger wasn’t wrapped and all burgers missing items. Never again we won’t be back.

I have given this place far more chances than they deserve. I’m a patient person, i realise people get things wrong sometimes. But every single time I have been here they get something wrong, the food isn’t up to the standards of most other McDonalds either. This morning I waited forever just to order in the drive thru which was fine I knew it wouldn’t take too long once ordered…I was wrong! Finally got to pay and finally made it to the window to pick up my food…they had my order completely wrong and they knew it because they didn’t even have any idea what it was. They sent me to the waiting bay with much apologies, I was still gracious and went patiently to the waiting bay…I sat there getting more and more impatient and angry because I was now going to be late for work. So many cars had passed me, I beeped my horn…nothing, I crept back around the corner and saw that the driveway was clear! I backed up to the window and spoke to the girl WHO HAD NO IDEA I WAS EVEN THERE!!!!! As i didn’t have time to wait I said I would call once I was at work which I did…Got a sincere apology and the offer of a refund and free food next time I am there. So here I sit at work with no breakfast and no coffee…I told them to give the meal to someone else that needs it. Sorry but I am finally through with McDonalds Jindalee, I will never be back.
