We went there for Sunday lunch. It was a beautiful setting and had a great view of Perth and the yacht club. We had a Plateful menu which was great value for money. I had duck leg for the main. It was a perfectly cooked and generous serving. I would definitely be back for dinner time next time.

Wow, wow , wow everything about this place is amazing. The food, the view, the service and selection of alcoholic beverages. There is only one thing I did not appreciate was the cocktail, gin with a lot of sugary toppings in a long glass. It didn’t look good and it didn’t taste good. It appeared like a soft drink for $20.

Excellent table service, excellent food and a great location. We got a last-minute table on a Friday night and the whole experience was amazing. From walking in seeing old photos from the old Quanta’s airport, jetties and buildings, to amazing sea food and dessert. We had cray fish and prawns and duck fat potatoes, which was all great. We even got served the Cognac warmed up as requested. Vegan options are poke bowl (starter, but quite a big dish) and vegan Gnocchi.

I was surprised they opened fairly late but due to a number of meetings, it worked out in my favour – and was it worth the wait! A seamless experience from booking to check-in, to the meals and paying the bill. The food was superb. I had the beef cheek as a Main and sourdough as a starter. The sourdough was a bit on the tougher side but had a nice overall texture and flavour, plus that butter is marvellous. The beef cheek though was simply another level above. For our vegetarian friends, I added broccolini and it was very nicely done so you’re in good hands. 10/10 would recommend and revisit.

I can not recommend Matilda Bay restaurant for a wedding venue enough! We had our ceremony right next door (organized through restaurant) and had the best day/night ever. The back drop is STUNNING and it made for the best photos. Sianne was incredible from the day we booked right up until the day and beyond. Emails were always replied to promptly and no request was too much right up to the last-minute marquee when I couldn’t trust the forecast and it looked amazing! I had nothing but fantastic comments about the food and the staff were all incredible. There are also some lovely locations within walking distance for photos. Can not recommend enough.

What a little gem. This lovely restaurant sits on the shores of the Swan so boasts some breathtaking views while enjoying your lunch. Everything was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. The restaurant staff were very attentive without being over bearing and the courses were not rushed so we had a perfect leisurely lunch. We will definitely be back.

We always love to have a meal at Matilda Bay Restaurant and especially if it is a special occasion. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff acknowledged the occasion on our arrival. We have never been disappointed with our meals and love the location of the restaurant on the Swan River in Crawley. We were also given a lovely dessert treat for our anniversary which was yummy.
