This is a place with a good fusion of Indian food – the Aussie way. Prepared and presented very well. The dishes are not spicy, a bit more on the sweeter side. The staff was very friendly and polite, the service was very good. They had provided heaters and blankets since it was cold. The ambience and atmosphere inside was quiet different as well. To anyone planning to visit, I would specifically mention I did not feel it authentically Indian, its fusion, so please expect it.

This is the perfect place to go if you are searching for a hearty meal to enjoy with your family, or by yourself. At first glance the place wasn’t very full (to be fair it was 3 pm), nevertheless, the restaurant itself was quite visually appealing. The staff was very polite and helpful, tending to our every need. The food itself was quite exquisite, an array of Indian fusion dishes, each better than the next. Overall, if you are looking for a place to enjoy some of the most delicious Indian I’ve recently, this is the place.

Food, service, ambience was spot on. The flavours of each entree water like an explosion in your mouth. Do not look past the curry bombs as they are a signature dish for a reason and you’ll regret not ordering them. We will definitely be back as well as recommend Masala Theory. Masala Theory offers reinvigorating takes on traditional Indian flavours. Our starters were a particular highlight. The curry bombs are a must when visiting! Perhaps it was because our mains came out while we were still enjoying our starters, but they did not live up to the first course. However we were quickly won back on side with a delightful panna cotta dessert. Overall we would recommend Masala Theory to anyone who enjoys Indian food but is tired of the same old, same old.

I will Masala Theory 10/10. My wife chose this restaurant to have lunch only as they allowed my Furbaby. We were not sure how the food will be as it has lot of new dishes. When we ate all different dishes we were very happy. I loved my birthday celebration lunch.
