Booked a table & arrived in good time. Have been previously when service was awful but new management prompted a re-try. 5 of us sat down with our BYO wine – requested 3 glasses as 2 were drinking beer. 15 minutes later my friend asked for the wine glasses whilst the guy on the front counter dealt with approx 6 takeaway orders. We sat waiting for our order to be taken for another 10 minutes while the takeaway orders were prioritised in the end we picked up our drinks & left! Still not sure if they noticed we left
