Amazing $10 lunch specials! Plenty of choice. Fresh and delicious. Good amount of meat and quality veg. We chose drunken noodles with chicken and asked for spicy – we got what we asked for! ️ But they will cook to your preferred spice level. Next we had prawn laksa. We were only visiting the beautiful Penrith district for the day otherwise I’d be back again and again. Plenty of other people in the restaurant – easy to see why it’s a popular spot!

So sad I don’t want to leave such a bad review. I have been eating at manee for my birthday for almost 7+ years now. I remember meeting the original owners from Sydney. The serving size of food filled the plates, food tasted fresh, genuine Thai customer service.

The food here was extremely well-prepared and enjoyable. Quickly delivered out to the tables. The restaurant however, lacks floor staff service. Staff were under the pump clearly due to lack of training, in turn they became snobby with customers.

Never been to Penrith, at least for a few decades. Stopped into here for dinner at 6.30pm Friday night on way back to Sydney from Blue Mountains. Packed. Entrees of Chicken Satay and wings come out in ten minutes. Satay was good, about 7/10. The wings, not so much: oily, about 5/10 as flavour was good.

While the food was great, the service was minimalist at best. The five of us might as well have turned up individually as that’s how we were served, almost each dish was finished before the next arrived. The blonde waitress had her mind elsewhere, wasn’t pleasant to deal with.

Friendly customer service and most importantly, absolutely delicious food! I always get the chicken Penang curry, and it tastes better every single time I get it! Their $9 lunch special is the best. Manee Manee is my favourite Thai restaurant!! 🙂
