Really really good Malaysian. Always a go to spot for us. Can dine in, take away or get delivery. The serving/portion sizes are great sizes. It is a little expensive but getting good portion sizes and amazing quality meals. Every thing we’ve ever had from here is authentic tasting and moreish. The Laksa is one of my favourite meals ever. The service is always friendly and welcoming. Seriously great establishment with amazing tasting food!

Hainan chicken was okay, char kway teow was a let down because the noodles itself didn’t seem fresh – but the flavour was there and the serving is huge. Could’ve been better if fresh noodles was used! The beef rendang is THE BEST in Brisbane!

I like to dine at Malaysian markanan and was blown away by their Hainan chicken rice and prawn har mee soup. The chicken was incredibly tender and the rice was fragrant and perfectly cooked. The prawn har mee soup was also delicious, with a rich broth and ample amounts of prawns and chicken pieces. The flavors were authentic and truly captured the essence of traditional Malaysian cuisine. I highly recommend these 2 main dishes in particular for anyone looking for a taste of authentic Malaysian food. I don’t normally order anything else, so I can’t comment on the other dishes

Have always gone with my family and loved it. We order the same amount of food everytime because we take most of it home. As we were ordering the lady kept saying we were getting too much food and we wouldn’t finish. If we are paying for it why is she concerned ? Staff was not friendly at all which is a shame because the food is great.
