Our lunch at Madam Hanoi was delicious. We went there for my partner’s birthday and were pleased that they acknowledge it throughout the whole experience. We had the large banquet and were super full. The waitresses were wonderful, the food was amazing, thanks to the chefs. We highly recommend you to stop by

I took my friends here and all of them loved the foods that I recommended. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our meal and found that by ordering 1 of each item that was included in the small banquet and sharing it between the two of us we had more than ample to eat. We also has the iced tea for 2 and a pina colada and mai tai.

Was excited to eat here as I have heard great things, however, was disappointed shortly after arriving. Was only acknowledged by staff 2 times while there. Food came out 5 minutes after I had ordered. It did not taste fresh and lacked flavour. I’m glad I asked for a copy of the bill when I left because I was charged $9 for sparkling water that was given to me when I arrived (I did not ask for it). I checked both the food and drinks menu, there was no pricing for sparkling water.

Visited the upstairs Bao Bar and was really impressed with the quantity and pricing! For $20, you get a decent spread of ingredients to construct your bao with whatever profile you wish. The variety and serving size makes you feel quite full at the end of your meal too. Wait times can be a little long, both when awaiting to be seated and for food, however staff are readily available to provide you with their amazing selection of cocktails. I had tried both the vietnamese and coconut martinis, and both have their own qualities that accompany the meal well. Will definitely be coming back!

Originally from Adelaide & was back in town to meet girlfriends for lunch. I had always wanted to eat at Madame Hanoi as it had been recommended by so many.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and good service. Had lunch here with couple of friends. The lunch menu is quite good with lots of choice and reasonable price. Food was delicious.

We live in Melbourne and every time we are in Adelaide we come here. The food and service are wonderful. It was my birthday yesterday and they were able to increase our booking from 3 to 6 without any fuss. The whole meal was special including a dessert with candles.

Ordered a bottle of semi high quality reisling and got a carafe of lower quality Riesling. It was resolved, but another carafe of the same low quality Riesling came out. Not good service. Good food however.

Food was quite good but octopus and scallops over cooked – per other people’s review comments. Service was deplorable. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Stairs to second floor are an occupational risk – customers and staff trying to use at same time with staff carrying glasses and multiple plates. Incredibly loud which ruined atmosphere. No ambience. Essentially a fast food establishment with people in and out rapidly. No sense of actually dining. Just eat and go. For the price? Never again.
