I spent over $130 on batter. It was terrible. I couldn’t tell the difference between Peking pork (since when had that been battered), sweet and sour pork and honey prawns. They were that dry that the fried rice didn’t even stick to the food.

I got cashew chicken and special fried rice today. When I opened my lunch my first thought was ‘where’s the chicken?’ There was more carrot and cashew then anything it was terrible. By the time I picked it all out there was literally only 4 pieces of chicken. The rice was burnt and tasted terrible. Special fried rice with only 3 baby prawns, and some peas. The last few times we have been here it has been terrible and there’s only so many times you can try again. Can’t say I’ll be back

Had a delicious meal here whilst having a Christmas catch up with a friend, a little pricey but well worth it. Service and atmosphere could not be faulted thank you Macksville Chinese restaurant.

The food was overcooked, the squid tasted like rubber and the chicken was overcooked to. We informed them it was overcooked and they tried to tell us it was the flour no overcooked is overcooked it has nothing to do with the flour. This restaurant used to be the best in nsw not anymore, we will find somewhere else to eat out next time.
