An hour and a half from order to meals on the table. Our kids were served their mains 20 minutes before we were so we’re done by the time ours came out. I asked for a medium lamb back strap and it came out well done. After waiting the longest for his meal, Hubby’s barramundi was over cooked. It was explained by the wait staff as a kitchen mix up which I think was code for ‘we forgot about you’.

Treated ourselves to a lunch out at Luigi’s Narellan, the staff were great and seated us quickly. Service staff were timely in taking our order. Wifey had the arancini balls and walnut salad, she was disappointed with the arancini balls, they were kinda gluggy, the walnut salad was so full of walnuts she had to place most of them to the side….no complaints on the amount, I’m just glad it wasn’t me who cracked all those shells…ha ha….I had the Lamb shanks…they were delish and came with mashed potato and peas. So a mixed bad with the food, however the staff were great.

Excellent food great staff. Tables a bit too close to each other making moving around difficult also amplifies the noise level. There were also issues with booking. A week after booking we were asked to pay a $10pp booking assurance. The night before we were informed there was a 2 hour booking time slot.

Looked up the restaurant on google and it had lots of good reviews, checked the hours and they said it was open until 10pm, signage on the door also has the same opening times. We decided to give them a try rather then going to our usual “taste of Itally” in Gregory Hills, but when we walked in we were told they were closed… at 8.20pm. Very disapointing and confusing when there were chefs still working in the kitchen, customers at tables eating or waiting on meals and several staff behind the counter. Cant speak for the food but dont plan to be back due to the disapointing service and false advertising on hours.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Service was great and food even better. Tonight we spent approx $60-$80 per person, but we did splurge and had a 3 course meal. My favourite was the Chocolate/Hazelnut fudge cake. The only downside was that it was so hot and fresh when it came out, it was so delicious I burnt the roof of my mouth. That didn’t stop me from devouring it though. Will definitely come back again.

Great Birthday Lunch with my brothers, and sister and partners with very good food and service. The food was excellent with wonderful tastes and many options. The courses were well spread and gave us time to talk and catch up. The service was attentive and helpful. Great afternoon and we will be back.

This was some of the best Italian food I have ever eaten. The aranchini balls for entree tasted divine. The balls were moist, tasty and the sauce was a great accompaniment. The lamb shanks for main easily fell off the bone with the sauce tasting beautiful and accentuating the meat. The dessert was the best thing I have ever tasted. The chocolate and hazelnut fudge cake was hot, moist, the nuts adding the right texture and the ice cream melting slowly on top. The only nitpick criticism is that the cake was too hot and so slightly burnt my mouth. But otherwise everything else tasted amazing.
