Lotus has some reasonable good quality chinese food (depending on the dishes). Curry Puffs were ok with a decent amount of mince inside. The malay clay pot was so so. Special fried rice was way too dry but the saviour of the night was the sweet and sour pork which was great!

I ordered vegetables, tofu and rice noodles. for some reason they felt the tofu was extra so charged me extra. Mind you there was only about 3 pieces of tofu. It was just a normal takeaway container, there was certainly nothing extra there. it was so oily I couldn’t finish it and threw part of it away.

Dined in tonight as we have done many times in the past. The service tonight was extremely slow. The Resturant very close to empty. It took well over an hour to get our main meals. The kids meals were the last to hit the table (these were requested to come with the entrees). When the food did arrive, it was terrible. The manager dodged us completely, did not want to take ownership at all.

Food was terrible. Because we were a large group we were made to wait till everyone else had their orders before ours came. Overcooked, dry and most of it inedible. Manager was very rude also. Most people in our group were also not well in the stomach the morning after.
