First time here – food was tasty with generous portions. Price was similar to cafes around. We sat near the front of the shop, which has a direct view into the kitchen/ dishwashing area. Open kitchen concept?

Excellent food but service was disappointing. Female staff member was indifferent and not at all friendly. Poor attitude with no interest in accommodating customers. We requested takeaway coffees but were told machine was ‘ shut down’ while she was slouched over the counter on her phone, drinking a drink herself.

Went for a coffee today, could not have been more pleased with the service and professionalism of the business and the coffee’s we had were terrific . We’ll definitely be back soon. The food menu looked to have some delightful treats. A venue not to be missed.

I frequent Long Lost Friend cafe often and have generally enjoyed my visits, but today’s experience left me quite disappointed due to the service provided by the two waiters. Despite the cafe having only two occupied tables inside, we had to wait for several minutes to be seated, which was a bit frustrating.

Pretty excited to finally make it here for coffee. Nice smooth coffee and while didn’t have a breakfast item they look amazing. There is a back room for those wanting it a bit quieter too.

I chose the special which was a quesadilla with a fried banana pepper filled with cheese. Nothing incredible but still a great meal. Coffee was good and my partners breakfast burger was also the goods. Hard to call it this place a five though . I thought service was a bit off and the food although good wasn’t exceptional. Solid breakfast option in the area still.
