A generally honest attempt at a high end dining experience. Nice unpretentious setting. Short menus, which is always a great sign. French themed. On the evening I went, the dishes had a spicy edge which didn’t always quite work. Generous portion sizes – you won’t go hungry. Eccentric wine list. Main complaint/ suggestion is that the red wine needs to be served at cellar temperature not room temperature(too hot)

I had a great experience at Lola Dining. For sure one of the best restaurants in Ballina. I am Italian and I was looking for an authentic Italian food experience and I had it. Definetely fine dining with some dishes that I can define fusion. A mix of authentic Italian cousine. Some more traditional plates with a refined texture that capture your palate. Definetely recommended if you are in Ballina, Byron Bay or Brunswick Heads. A must try!

Has to be the best place to eat in the area, amazing flavours and beautiful wines and drinks to accompany. The front of house staff are great and super knowledgeable on all their food and wines, not to mention super nice and fun to be serviced by. I’ve had to have gone here about 12 times now, I highly recommend going Here, an amazing restaurant.

We were fortunate to stumble across Lola and what a great experience. We had the 7 course degustation. Well balanced with a an eye for detail. The sauces were a perfect tie into the dishes. Front of house was excellent and attentive. All in all a very pleasant dining experience with an obvious high skill level.

Wow, what a treat for Ballina! I’ve been there four times already. I can’t stop telling people about the incredible food, atmosphere and generous and warm hospitality. If you’re into watching plating – do yourself a favour and sit at the bar / chef’s table. If not, every table is a delight in this cosy little restaurant. Amazing food and quality service. The two lovely Italian owners have just opened & focus on using local & quality ingredients to showcase European food to a high standard. Everything is delicious and it’s a delight to visit! The staff are very attentive and experimental with rich and diverse flavours.
