We went up to mount Coot-tha intending to eat at the cafe up there but it was packed, so I got out Google maps to look at restaurants close by, this one had all 5 stars from 10 reviews so we thought we’d give it a go. It is a nice little place right at the side entrance at The Gap shopping centre. I must say thanks to the other 10 people for putting up their five star reviews which pointed us to this wonderful little gem, how lucky are the locals to have a wonderful little place like this for tasty south east Asian food, and the others are right the coffee was incredible too. We had the pepper beef rice stir fry and the honey soy chicken with steamed rice, see photos.

I absolutely love discovering little gems like these. Simple and humble little cafe that serve beautiful and delicious authentic Vietnamese cuisine cooked to perfection. It’s located at The Gap Village shopping centre and l feel it’s completely under rated. The staff are so sweet and have an amazing menu.

Amazing little cafe with authentic Vietnamese food. Had the grilled pork banh mi and stir fry egg noodle with beef and vegetables (pictured) and their spring rolls too. So delicious, can’t wait to go back. Staff really friendly and plenty of options for kids too.
