The kitchen showcases dishes and cooking techniques drawn from multiple regions of the American South, with inspiration from as far west as New Mexico and as far east as Alabama. All pit-smoked meats are smoked over iron bark & fruit woods for up to 12 hours and will absolutely melt in your mouth.

We initially went as a group of friends looking to just have a few drinks after work, but we didn’t feel that it was the vibe of Le Bon Ton. We felt like it was more of a dine in place. So we all ordered some food, and let me tell you… I’m so glad we did!!! The food is absolutely fabulous! The mashed potatoes and the kitchen sink salad are a must with any of the other main dishes. Highly recommend!

Wonderful southern styled restaurant, and it Is busy enough to prove it. Excellent wait staff that are attentive adds to the very reasonably priced beer. Highlights were the smoked chicken, mash, chorizo and corn bread. Atmosphere makes you feel like you are dining in New Orleans!

Thanks for an awesome smoked meat lunch, the chef came out with some brisket for my little pooch!!!! It’s was delicious and well worth the drive ( 1 hour). Those fried onions rings and the brisket, superb, will definitely be back with Daisy, and family.

Amazing American-style food! We got the smoked brisket, pork belly, kitchen salad, potato salad, corn bread (with maple butter) and the Chilli cheese fries. Have already recommended this place to my friends. Great, swift, friendly service and a big garden space out the back if you don’t want to dine inside. Try the cherry bomb sauce it’s a winner!
