Omg this place is amazing. We were made feel so special and had the best pasta and risotto I have ever eaten . The antipasto is a must have as well. Can’t wait to go back to Melbourne to visit again. Thanks to the wonderful staff and the chef for an amazing dinning experience

I was on a business trip to Melbourne and wandered up Lygon St looking for somewhere to have dinner when the convivial host convinced me to go here. Glad that I did, the food was excellent and service from (I think) the sons was top notch. I had the chicken cacciatora which was cooked to perfection with vegetables, definitely recommended. It might seem like a bit of a tourist trap but it is a genuinely good restaurant. Will visit again.

Couldn’t speak more highly of La Spaghettata. We were welcomed and taken care of from the beginning, the atmosphere was genuinely lovely and peaceful and the food, well let’s just say it was amazing, that good we returned later for dessert. Definitely recommend for everyone, couldn’t fault the experience.

Dined in last night around 5pm with a friend and we could not have been happier. The service from them was absolutely outstanding and they went above and beyond for us. The gentleman that served us treated us like we were one of his own and made our night even better. The door Man was one of the funniest people we’ve come across and was one of the main reasons we decided to dine in. The owner was just as amazing as his staff going above and beyond to make our experience a 10/10. The food made us feel at home and we loved every bite we had. Authentic and fresh!! Highly recommend this place to everyone

A true Italian experience. Though very busy, our order was taken & delivered quickly. The food was tasty & good portions. The cassata was a great choice of dessert & the tiramisu was rich and creamy. Definitely the best affagato I have ever had. I would be happy to support this family run business again.

One of the best places in Melb. Firstly great service by the front staff and oh my god, the entree was awesome like garlic bread the complementary, and the mains like pasta and the platter was so fresh. Sea food was amazing as well. Not enough word to describe and you have to go this place.
